Can I upload an app to App Store Connect with Enterprise Apple Developer Program, so I can use Crashes in Xcode Organizer?

I'm trying to use the Xcode organizer tool of Crashes, but I can't find a way to upload my app to App Store Connect in order to use this tool.
I'm enrolled to Enterprise Apple Developer Program, and when I go to appstoreconnect.apple.com, I'm redirected to "Users and Access". I am not able to go to "My Apps" so I can add a new app.

Since that program does not include App Store distribution, membership benefits do not include access to App Store Connect/My Apps.


If your goal is to upload to/distribute via the App Store, you will need to obtain a paid Developer Program account.
