Could not download and install iOS 10.3.1 Simulator

Hi,


I'm triying to download and install iOS10.3.1 simulator to Xcode 10.3. it keeps throwing "network error" or "mount error".

Also tried to downloading bundle from safarin and locating to ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.dt.Xcode/Downloads, but result is same.

Is there a special way to do that?

I just copied same downloaded simulator bundle with commandline "cp" command instead of Finder, It worked!
