Trouble pairing Apple TV with Xcode

When trying to pair Xcode with my Apple TV it says "This device has been ignored in the devices panel." I cannot continue development properly until this issue has been solved, however I cannot find an un-ignore button. Please help me, thank you!

Same issue here, I tried unpairing and pairing again, also restarting both xcode and my Apple TV and I still get the same message.

After a few minutes of trying the usual fixes for this issue, I was able to resolve the "device is ignored" problem by using the 'trash CoreSimulator' fix described here:

I unpaired the ATV in Xcode, unpaired the Xcode device on ATV, quit Xcode, restarted the ATV, trashed the folder ~/Library/Developer/CoreSimulator, started Xcode, and the ATV showed up as a discovered device and paired on the first try.
