Cannot set price for In-App-Purchases items in iTunesConnect

Which browser, on what macOS, are you using to access App Store Connect?

Did you solve this? I'm having the same issue. Looking at the console, I can see Apple is logging its requests as well as errors (Apple, are you okay?). The request that goes on the Create button shows this in the payload:

But no errors are reported on the UI. I'm not sure how to interpret this message either.

And the "Territories the App is Available in" doesn't show any territories even though my app is available in 153 of 155 territories.

Have you solved this issue yet? I have still found no solutions, even after contacting apple over 3 times.....

I am having the same issue. Creat button doesn't respond and JS console shows the error. The Singapore pricing has no value which must be the cause of the problem.

I'm also unable to create a new pricing for in-app purchases, and the console shows the same error.

I would use the "Contact Us" button from your AppStoreAccount page to report this issue. You may have to hunt for a place where there is an editable text field to submit your comments, but this is an issue for the AppStoreConnect folks to investigate. They may ask you to submit a bug report, in which case, they can provide instructions on how to do so.

Wish I had a simpler suggestion - I've encounted this problem myself and have contacted internal ASC engineers.

Am having the same issue as well. For me the select options for Albania (USD) are not available.
