Program enrollment

Hello friends, im new here, i just wanted to purchase the program for 99$ to upload my new app, I’ve tried 3 different credit cards to pay and none of them worked and my payment is still pending, i tried to contact support but no answer... any solution for my problem or is there a support phone number to call them? Thanks

Maybe they flag your individual name account.

The list of people having similar problem, from several countries, with different banks, trying with different credit cards is long (I've listed just a bunch of forum messages).


That seem to show there is a more general issue.


Hope someone at Apple will read this and pass to the right people.

I live in Israel and this is my first account, also my developers from india have access to this account

You can contact support by going to your developer account -> contact us -> provide your number and they will call you.

But I'm afraid they won't be of much help.


I have the same problem. I've been trying to create an account for 3 months now.

3 apple ids, 4 cards and 2 banks later, it still doesn't succeed.

Support is useless and so is my bank.

Same problem here, I contacted support, but they didn't help with their advices to contact bank or change credit card - all this is done multiple times. It is NOT bank problem. We need Apple to fix this.

I'm from Malaysia. Having same problem.


Tried with different Appleid and different credit card, checked with bank and still can't make payment.

Just received confirmation that my purchase was successful! In case it is not some internal fix here are the things I did:

- used my main many years old appleid (same as for iTunes and iCloud)

- wired brand new card to iTunes for that account and made a purchase of some random app

- replaced trusted phone in previous appleid (it was new one created specially for Apple developer) with other phone and requested appleid complete removal

I have the same problem. A payment shouldn't be that hard. This is a huge problem.



Our new account has been approved. Right now we're just trying to make our first payment. But; We haven't been able to pay for weeks.

Hi guys, I have the same problem, too. I have created 2 new Apple IDs, tried 3 different cards, from which no one unfortunately was succesful, without knowing the exact reason. I'm waiting since rather 1 month now. Doesn't Apple want us anymore as their customers/developers? If so, is there any specific reason? I don't think that I did anything wrong (exactly like you) and so I don't understand what's happening. The enrollment with Google Play took me 2 minutes a few days ago, including the successful payment with one of the cards which has been refused by Apple. I'm really worried about this situation, most of all because we are so many experiencing the same issue, with apparently no clear answers from their side!

Same problem. Check AppleDevAccouts discussion on Telegram. They have useful tips on how to get the account pass. They even have the instruction oh how to get to the stage of swift method, because as of now I think is the only useful method of payment

Guys, something new. I renewed my account on january by wire transfer, everything was ok, until today, because:

"Your Apple Developer Program membership has expired.

Renew your membership to keep your access to program benefits and services. Once renewed, be sure to agree to your Paid Applications Agreement in the Agreements, Tax and Banking section of App Store Connect."

What a joke???
