Apps are not updating in OS2 beta 5

Apps that have been updated such as the Apple Store app or CNN will not update on the watch. If you try to uninstall them from the watch, they won't. If you delete the apps from your phone they'll appear to be uninstalled from the watch, but when you reinstall the app to the phone, back to the same thing on the watch. I have reported this bug, but wanted to make sure I am not missing something.
