We have an app which the client wants to distribute to specific group of individuals (not business(es)) as the app content includes some sensitive data which they don't want to be available in the public domain. The individuals are of a specific profession (healthcare). Is it possible to distribute an app via Apple Business Manager, but have the users be a select group of the general public? Is this achievable via download codes or providing them a custom download link? The app should not have an expiration date or require extra authentications (i.e. trust developer).
