How to go back to the page, where you fill out your information, before purchasing a developer certificate?

I'm trying to go back to the page, where you fill out your information, before purchasing a developer certificate(enrollment). It was a while ago when I filled that information out and I just want to make sure it's correct.

I think that info will expire after a given time. Just start the process over using the same Apple ID and see if it offers to continue or go again.


Otherwise, use the 'Contact Us' link below and choose 'Membership and Account', then 'Program Enrollment'.
