Is it possible to create an app and share it with a few devices for free?

Hello,


I would like to design an app that would be like a travel guide during a 10-day long trip to London, so something pretty basic with mostly text, organised into different categories. Since I am a university student, I cannot afford an apple developer account, so I wanted to know whether it would possible to create such an app for free and share with just a few devices (roughly a dozen).

Apple does not provide a casual distribution method that fits your scheme, especially if you're working without a paid account.


Xcode's free provisioningwill allow you to build and test on as many as 3 devices, but you can only install via your mac/Xcode, and they're only provisioned for a week.
