Apple Music API- User's Downloaded Music

Regarding the Apple music API, is there access the user's downloaded music so that we can play that music on request even if the user is not subscribed to Apple Music?

As far as I know this is not available via the api. I've looked into inspecting MPMediaItem properties but those don't contain useful information.
