I downloaded XCode 11.2 today from the Apple App Store.
When I tried to upload my app to app store connect, it get the message that 11.2 is deprecated!
Why isn't APple's own App Store up to date? Where do I get 11.2.1?
That is effectively unfortunate!
I suspect it is because 11.2 was plagued by a serious bug on UITextView. So they have issued a 11.2.1 which is still at the level of GM Seed (Gold Master) but must be useable to upload.

Select Applications.
I'd lay off submitting to the store for the next three four days...tools are in a hot mess right now, I think.
