When I watch my app preview in the app store, the first few seconds (around 3sec) is blurry, then it back to normal. I don't see this issue on other app.
I checked the video file that uploaded to app store and nothing special on it. Anyone has idea why it happen?
I have no preview but screenshots. I noticed that for a few seconds, the second screenshot is missing but first and third show. Has it a common root with your problem ?
No, my screenshot looks ok and the problem is about the app preview video.
Can you describe the tool(s)/process used to generate that preview?
The issue still occurs I even checked other apps and the same happens. My connection speed is very high. I think there is some problem with an algorithm processing video after upload.
When I watch it in AppStore connect first the video is small then after a few seconds, it resizes to a bigger one. Looks like the beginning is in a lower resolution than the rest.

Did you manage to resolve the issue? I have exactly the same problem for 2 weeks...
It still occurs, Apple being Apple. They will never fix that.
