Alternatives to Testflight?

Hi.

Does anyone know if there is any other way of testing and distributing an app for internal use without the hassle of Testflight?

Would appreciate any help.

Devs can test internally on connected devices, and via ad-hoc, based on the permitted 100 devices allowed annually in the Member Center.

I think Firebase just changed the game for this with Firebase App Distribution recently.
