Starting today, I got "There was an error sending data to the itunes app store. Scheduling restart shortly"


When uploading binary. how can I resolve this?

Yup.. it was an agreement i hadn't agreed to yet that caused this for me. As soon as I went in and agreed to it the upload worked again.
