ASC status change emails malfunctioning?

before opening a bug or similar we'd wanted to ask around: since roughly early August (2019) the status change emails from App Store Connect seem to have mostly stopped working for us, across all apps (especially missing the important status mails for "in review" and "pending developer release"). Curiously the only status change we still keep being informed, is the "Ready for Sale" change (as well as build processed and ready for testflight mails). Given that we still receive that one change (and that one consistently) it does not _seem_ to be an email filtering issue (nor could we find any issue there along the way). Push notifications to the ASC app at least seem to be unaffected for now and still give all status changes.


Has anyone else observed this behaviour as well or may it yet be isolated to us?

For what it's worth, the issue seems to have "magically" resolved itself for us after 2 months, since end of last week (September, 23th to 27th) we finally got notification mails again. Feedback assistant at least shows "less than 10 similar issues", so maybe there was enough visibility and possibly the issue is fixed for other users here as well.

This has been happening for us too for several releases in a row. We reached out to support and were just told to check our email settings.

After confirming this is still the case for all our latest app, we filed a "Feedback" to support under number FB7186758.
