What are the timelines around Sign in with Apple? Is there a deadline by which all apps must be using this? Is there a soft cutoff? What happens to apps if they do not build this by the cutoff?

I'm also interested in this as we are working on a new release with this feature and due to https://forums.developer.apple.com/thread/122270#380406 we are having issues sending emails to our users that choose to not share their emails.
Would also like some clarification on this issue. We currently have the Sign in with Apple flow integration complete, but are blocked on rolling it out due to relayed email failures (don't bounce / just never arrive).
