In app purchase working in sandbox, but not published app - and waiting doesn't solve the problem

Hello everyone,


our in-app purchases do work in a sandbox setting, but do not work in our published app:

In the production environment the SKProductsResponse doesn’t deliver any valid products from the Apple server..


I have checked the forum and made sure that our IAPS

- are cleared for sale and approved

- We have waited for a week now, so we are way past the magic "48 hours" it might take for IAPs to go live.


Any suggestions to solve this problem would be really appreciated!

Wow, it's solved now!


For posterity:

The solution was to "un-clear" the IAPs and to clear them again, and after a couple of minutes everything worked fine!

Thank you so much! I had the same problem and your solution worked for me! For each of my in-app purchases in App Store Connect, I unchecked "Cleared for Sale", clicked the Save button, re-checked "Cleared for Sale", and clicked the "Save" button again. After waiting a few minutes, the in-app purchases showed up in my production version of the app again.
