Waiting, what seems to be days now for our app to be reviewed. Is there something that has changed or just backlogged? Anyone experiencing this besides myself.

It can take weeks for apps to be reviewed (although that isn't as common these days). There is nothing you can do except be patient.

One week is not abnormal. And consider some Apple staff may be busy preparing early september event…
