App Store app availability

Hi,

We have a free app for Indian citizens only. Still now the app's Availability section of Pricing and Availability on the App Store was selected as All territories. Now if we change that to only India, is there any problem to the existing users from India? Or will there be any other problem for new users of India in the future? Our concern is about the users who may have changed their App Store country for some reason, will they be able to find the app after we change the Availability on App Store?

Need some suggestions on this. Thank you in advanced.

No, none.

No. That change will only affect the other countries where it is no longer on sale/available

Keep in mind that anyone can browse the store from any country, to any country, and see/find apps that are only for sale/available in a given country, but they can only buy/download apps that are offered in the own/home country. If an app is only available in India, and someone with a home store in Canada tries to buy it, the store will tell them that the app is not available in their store.

A user who already has 'purchased' the app will always be able to delete and resinstall the app no matter what country they set in the future.

A user who has not set their App Store to India will not be able to find the app on the App Store no matter what their citizenship.
