Accessibility options missing in iOS 13 Dev Beta v4

I can’t seem to find the accessibility options in the settings app under General anymore in iOS 13 Dev Beta v4. When I do a search in the settings app a number of accessibility results show up but tapping on them does not take me to the accessibility options menu. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

The Accessibility menu is no longer under General - it's now a top-level item in Settings.
