Feedback Assistant missing from MacOS Catalina (19A526h)

When updating MacOS Catalina to the latest update Feedback Assistant dissapeared without notice.

I had trouble finding it (wasn't showing in the Dock or in LaunchPad) - look for it in /System/Library/CoreServices/Applications/
