It's not in the menu that opens with a long-tap, but you can tap the link with 2 fingers to open in the background.

It’s not nice. You can’t do the “double finger gesture” when you are using your iPhone with one hand. I hope the missing “open in new tab” from context menu is just a bug...

Yes this is a bug. with 2 fingers gesture is work around until the new beta release We hope to fixed in new beta
