How to set the time zone for downloading sales and trend reports

When we use API to download the purchase data and quantity of the game, we encounter the problem of time zone. What we need is the data of UTC time zone. But in API interface, the default is PST time zone, and there are no parameters of time zone. So how can we get the sales data of UTC time zone we think of? Thank you?
