Cannot create signing certificate

Hi there, when trying to create a signing certificate in preferences of Xcode 9.3.1 I'm getting this error: "The operation couldn’t be completed. (OSStatus error -2147416032.)"


Has anybody else come across this error? I've done some googling and can't find a single reference to this specific error, and it is consistently coming up despite deleting and re-adding my AppleID multiple times.

Either that's a backend error - not something on your side, under your control. Wait and try later.


Or...it was a bug w/Xcode 9.3.1- Any chance you can move to Xcode 10.2.1, instead?
