Using Xcode 10.1 iOS 11 SDK Error

Using Xcode 10.1 (10B61)


Creating a sticker Pack. Previews fine but when I try to submit I get this error:


ERROR ITMS-90725: "SDK Version Issue. This app was built with the iOS 12.0 SDK. All iOS apps submitted to the App Store must be built with the iOS 11 SDK or later, included in Xcode 9 or later. Further, starting March 2019, all iOS apps submitted to the App Store must be built with the iOS 12.1 SDK or later, included in Xcode 10.1 or later."


I have tried deleting everything and starting from scratch and still get same error. Any ideas? Going on day three of trying to solve this problem.

Did you see this thread? I think it’s the same issue. https://forums.developer.apple.com/thread/113658 My edit wiped out my other response. I had the same problem and when I switched to target 11.3, I believe it went away. It was a while ago though. Hope that helps!
