Same here as well but rebooted both watch and phone and now downloading WatchOS again.

Same here too. Have power cycled, hard reset, and tried multiple times. I have verified my WiFi connection multiple times too. Must be a glitch in the update or on the server side.

Keep trying, after several more attempts I was able to get it to start the update.

Got error again- clicked open app and install. Currently installing.

Rebooted for the third time and now installing. Is anyone else having success? If so, I'm guessing that the verification server just came online. If not, the only other thing that I did was redownload the profiles.
