Ever since the latest feature to target multiple countries/regions in a single campaign, I have two campaigns that are not spending. What happened?
> I used to have 6 different Search Match campaigns targeting 1 country each.
> With the new feature, I combined all 6 countries into 1 existing Search Match campaign and raised my defualt bid to adjust.
> It's been over a week and the newly combined campaign has gotten a mear 97 impressions.
Last week I had a single campaign targeting the U.S. which got thousands of impressions for a lower bid... But now the same campaign targeting a few added countries can't seem to advertise to those same U.S. users anymore?
Either I am misunderstanding the goal with the new campaign targeting or Apple needs to fix it.
