Enterprise account enrolment process pending from 3 months.

We have applied for enterprise account for our client and it’s been more than 2 months and the status was still pending.


We haven’t received any email and today it is asking us to refill the form for the process. Cannot get in contact with anyone from support.


How long will it take to complete the whole process? Please Help
