Build with version 10E125 but rejected and said I build with version 16E226

I built my app with the latest appstore version of XCode 10E125 (which I updated today).

But itc rejected my submit and said I built the app with the beta version 16E226.

I don't even have a beta version on my mac.

Apple makes a practice of releasing new Xcodes before resetting the flags on the backend. Yes it's a problem, no, we don't know why they do it this way. Give it bit, then try again.

Most probably the same root cause of the question I asked here: https://forums.developer.apple.com/message/354512?et=watches.email.thread#354512

The backend is still not ready to accept app builded with the latest version of Xcode.
