Can we use WWDC 19 assets?

Hello,

I was wondering if we are allowed to use the images/assets from https://developer.apple.com/wwdc19/ in our scholarship submissions.

Is this included in public domain or is it covered under just our scholarship submission or are we not allowed to use them?

Hope to get some insight on this.
