How to update iOS SDK?

I got a warning when I uploaded a sticker pack saying my app uses iOS SDK 12.0, and that starting a certain date, I would have to use iOS SDK 12.1. Why has that not been updated on my Mac mini?

Which version Xcode is installed on your mac mini?

Xcode v10.1 is latest, and if that's what you used to build that app, then the 'certain date' msg. is just a stock warning you can ignore.

If not, then use the Mac App Store application on your mini to download and install it.
