I have a big issue why a specific app : the login to access the test acocunt are correctly configured and work fine in my local environement, but everytime I submit the app, Apple's team disapproves it by explaining they can't access the test user account.
I told them the IDs were ok, but they keep on refusing my app. What can I do except waiting for them to find a solution? They did not even answer my last question.

How many times?
How many rejections?
What did each rejection say?
Were you told to resubmit?
What do you mean by "local environment"? Apple doesn't have that. I can assure you they are not going to be doing any further work with your app while you wait. Is this an iOS app? What kind of "account" is this?
Maybe you should move your question to Apps submission and review. You'll get a better audience there.
