Hello,
When I read about TestFlight it seems a bit ambigous to me whether the user limit is applied at the Developer account level (10,000 users across up to 100 apps) or at the App level (up 10,000 users for each App).
Does anyone know for certain where the limit is applied? Trying to avoid adding 10,001 users to find out.

Tester and app limits have always been account specific. Just remember the difference between internal and external.
According to https://developer.apple.com/help/app-store-connect/test-a-beta-version/invite-external-testers/ it's 10,000 per app
External testers are people you invite to test your app who aren’t App Store Connect users. Once you’ve uploaded your build, you can invite up to 10,000 external testers per app.
