when app is reviewed,the reviewer launched it and saw a blank page

My app is all right on my devices, including iphone and ipad,but when it is reviewed,the reviewer launched it and saw a blank page,the launching page is a storyboard with local image.Who has similar experience?

Did you delete the old build of your app from your device before reinstalling and testing it? If not, your test may be relying on old files on the device created by the previous use.
