I have reject from app review as message above but when run testing with iPad iOS 12 working normal. So what the real problem, and how to fix it?
Problems like this are typically caused by bugs in your code that just happen to show up in testing. You should look at the crash report App Review sent you to see if you can work out what went wrong. While doing this, consider the following resources:

If you can’t figure it out from that you should post a symbolicated copy of your crash report here and we can take a look.

ps I recommend that you open a new thread for this, because the root cause for your crash is unlikely to be the same as the root cause for evisa’s.
