OSX Mojave B4- Login screen background issue

Is anyone else finding that the main login screen in osx is keeping the mojave default no matter how the user accounts background is set?

I can't seem to change that no matter what I try.

Yes this has been the case with every Beta, if you are speaking of the Mojave Backround Image? Hoping that Apple refine this and revert to the actual chosen Desktop image.

Unless Mojave has changed the way it deals with the background image at login, it seems to be an oddity.
