Transfer App: We can't process your request

I want to transfer an app from my Apple developer account to my business partner's account. After submit the transfer request. On my business partner's account, when he click review, the page will show: We can't process your request


We have tried from different browsers, but get the same issue.


Can anyone help? We are running on release the app.

this is so frustrating! still cannot accept transfer! how can this problem exist for this long and not fixed? has anyone manage to transfer app successfully in the past week?

Finally! Transfers are working now!

Clear cache of itunes connect and reload. Or use incognito mode.

Apple really needs to allocate more budget on the itunesconnect system developers.

I am also waiting after contacting apple support..

Neither of these things worked for me

I am getting the same problem with trying to set up a podcast. I cannot log in to itunes connect store to upload my rss feed.
