The company I work for added some outside devs to our Enterprise-level Apple Developer account. For obvious reasons, we added them as members, not admins. They need to upload the app to TestFlight to allow our testers access to their work. The question is - since they do not have the "admin" priviledges - are they able to do that having only "member" priviledges?
