App Rejected - Guideline 4.2.2 - Design - Minimum Functionality

Hello, guys!
My app just got rejected due to Design - Minimum Functionality.
As I live overseas, I developed an app with information (most of them links) that describes how to have an easier and better life in this city (It is like a guide).
The people would have all the information in their hands and they would not need to go in different blogs, websites or YouTube to find the information.

I tried to be concise to not making it hard to understand and clear with the information.
Please, how can I fix that? Which kind of features I need to add to make it better?

4.2.2 generally means you don't have an app, so other than the concept, there's nothing to 'fix'.

Unusual - the posts in this thread seem to have disappeared within the past 10 minutes.


You can add GPS information that shows the user how far they are from each of your city experiences. You can include an Apple Map that shows where all of the experiences are located.
