No bluetooth connectivity between watch and iPhone with B4?

Ever since upgrading to Beta 4, my watch is constantly displaying the red "no bluetooth connection" icon on the top of my watch display. I've tried re-pairining, enabling/disabling airplane mode and re-pairing on my iphone, to no avail.

Is anyone else having this issue with B4?

I reset the watch to factory settings and setup it up from scratch and then it worked

Apparently, I wasn't leaving bluetooth off long enough. I turned it off and waited about 1 minute, turned it back on and the watch and phone are now paired properly.
