I have been rejected by an app because it contains a webview. (4. 2 Design: Minimum Functionality)
If I change the webview and the browser opens by default, will they accept the application?

Only app review knows and they aren't here.
As well, don't assume that's the only thing they will push back on. They may find other issues if they continue to review.
But we're at a disadvantage - you've seen the app...review has seen it. We haven't. My opinion is that you need to make a native app that isn't a repackaged website. How you do that is outside the scope of the information you've provided.
