Unable to install watch app after uploading a new version in test flight.

Unable to install watch app after uploading a new version in TestFlight.Shows 'Apple Watch Build Failed to Load'.Tried running the application directly from Xcode and it works without any issue.Not sure what exactly the issue is.Even tried uploading another version in TestFlight, but no luck.Please let me know if someone has any solution for this.We are planning to submit the app to the app store and this is blocking us to proceed further.

Have you gone into TestFlight and tried to install it from there by 'flipping the little switch'?

This is close to the issue we have (in this post). The TestFlight loading seems to corrupt the signature process even when the build is latter published. But I'm reluctant to publish a new build without an Apple confirmation it will load ok. I can't understant that a TSI ticket stays unanswered for almost a week on such a point.
