Stuck on Authenticating with iTunes Store

Hi,


I'm preparing submission the app to app store, but I'm stuck on "Authenticating with Itunes Store" step and got error -22421.

I have check the cerificate and profile, there is no problem. And before uploading, i have validated the app, and it was success.

But when submitting always failed. Are there any solution for this case?

In some forums, like stackoverflow, they said the problem come from apple server. I dont know is it correct or not.

Any suggestion for this case?

Finally, I managed to upload my ipa file by switching to altool, https://help.apple.com/app-store-connect/#/devb1c185036

It seems that the Transporter App, which issued 5 months ago, does not match macOS Big Sur beta 3 or Xcode 11.6, since it worked OK with Xcode 11.5

I tried to add 2FA (two factor authentication) to my Apple ID, but it did not work.
I tried to rm -rf ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.TransporterApp/*, which did not work either.
I tried to rm -rf ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.amp.itmstransporter/*, neither worked.
