Restore in-app purchase fail

I am facing weired restored in-app purchase fail problem. The same account, download the same app and restore previous purchase, but there are one device always restore fail but others are all good. Does anyone have the same problem before?

I am facing this issue too.


To confirm I am facing it on Macs on 10.13.2 using restorecompletedtransactions, nothing appears to happen, no credentials login nothing.

Previous on 10.12, I would see login prompt to enter the credentials and would restore.

I have the same problem, no login credentials nothing, I am not sure what is happening.
