iphone x 11.2 carrier settings are wrong (belgium proximus)

some know how to fix this without downgrowding back to 11.1 please?

On my iphone 8, "Settings / General / Info" : Provider : VTR 30.5.1 --> No 3G/4G

On my iPad Pro, "Settings / General / Info" : Provider : PROXIMUS 30.5 --> 4G working fine


Both devices have a Proximus SIM-card installed

Same iphone 7

"Settings / General / Info" : Provider : VTR 30.5.1 --> No 3G/4G


Current W.A : created a profile with iphone config util and added apn's

also submitted crash report/feedback to apple

Hope they solve this one fast

But I do not have a MAC 😟. Is there another solution for poeple with windows pc? 🙂

I have only waindows computer. I also got same problem.

I found easy way to solve this problem. This is temporary solution...


Go to below URL by your iPhone

APN internet.proximus.be


Click button.


then you can download Profile ".mobileconfig" and install it.

I can mail you my proximus.mobileconfig file, if you want ?

If I mail it to an address that you can access on your iphone, you can import and install it directly.

(you can find my mail address by pointing on my name here above.

iOS 11.2 beta 3 has solved the problem !


4G- and APN-settings are back to normal.
