Installing iOS 9 on a test device

Hello, I'd like to install iOS 9 image on a test device (iPhone5). Please guide me how I can install it. Currently the device is running on iOS 8.

Unless you get a hold of a device that hasn't been upgraded, your only option is to find an iPhone 4S (or iPod touch 5th gen, iPad 2 or iPad 3rd gen), which cannot go past iOS 9.3.5.
