iOS 11 public beta 6 not downloading

My daughter has the public beta 6 stuck on the download. It’s stuck on preparing and won’t finish. I had her delete her profile, reset and restore, download the profile again, and back to the same issue.

please read the release notes for iOS beta. It contains instructions there on how to solve this.
