New on this topic, we are developing a web app for the momento which requires HLS with Fairplay. We are using Wowza Streaming Engine and BuyDRM as a DRM provider. They've ask us for the following:
- Fairplay Streaming Certificate
- Fairplay Streaming Certificate's Private Key
- Appliaction Secret Key
Where can i find, generate or ask to for this?

I am trying to create Fairplay Streaming Certificate but in my developer account there is no option where i can create Fairplay Streaming Certificate ?
Could I request a Fairplay Streaming Certificate with an account who is Agent of Apple Developer Enterprise Program ?
I clicked the "Request Deployment Package" link an it shows
"Sorry, you cannot view this page."
You must be a team agent of a team that is a member of the Apple Developer Program. FPS is not part of the Enterprise Apple Developer Program, or student program. Could you file a bug report using our bug reporting system stating that the error you recived wasn't helpful to understanding how you can get access to FPS?
