Service login security

There is a way to get a unique identificator related to the hardware like IMEI?, In such a way we can use this value as a security parameter in a login service

No. 

identifierForVendor
is essentially a random number generated when the first app of that vendor is installed. It’s not correlated to any sort of hardware identifier.
