Possibility of application logs in distribution build

I would like to know if there is support in IOS

a. to programmatically detect if blue tooth debugging profile

(https://developer.apple.com/services-account/download?

path=/iOS/iOS_Logs/BluetoothWirelessProximity_iOS10.mobileconfig) is enabled? If yes what is the corresponding iOS API to be

used for verifying the status of Bluetooth debug profile?

b. If it is not possible, could you please suggest an alternate way to detect if Bluetooth debugging profile is installed and

enabled?
